The seller will arrange the freight and customs clearance. We will deliver the goods to the customer’s designated address/port. The seller handles shipping and customs procedures. Balance must be fully paid before shipment.

Sure, we conduct functionality tests before shipment and can provide customers with testing videos to ensure their peace of mind during the purchase.

After the 30% deposit is received, our factory will begin preparing the order.Once the machine is completed, we will arrange a video call with you to confirm that the product is exactly as agreed.
As the freight cost for the complete machine is quite high, returns are unfortunately not possible once the machine has been shipped.
However, if any parts are damaged during use or transportation, you can simply take clear photos and send them to us. We will then supply the required replacement parts to you at the lowest factory price and ship them directly from our factory.
In addition, as we are the direct manufacturer, we can provide long-term spare parts and attachments support for the model you purchase, for many years to come.
All spare parts and attachments will be supplied at the lowest factory-direct prices.
